These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Nextweb Voice website and services provided by Nextweb Pty Ltd. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
All content, branding, software and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Nextweb Voice and protected by intellectual property laws.
Our AI voice services are provided on an "as available" basis. AI systems may occasionally produce errors and are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for obtaining consents required to record or process calls, and for using the service in compliance with applicable laws.
Fees are billed per the plan you select, payable in advance and non-refundable except as required by law. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Conversations, transcripts, summaries and recommendations may be generated by AI and can contain inaccuracies. Review AI outputs before relying on them for decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextweb Voice is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
